Eudora email

Looking for a new email client? There is a long list of problems with Microsoft Outlook but cory-apn's top three gripes are:

1. It's boring.
2. It's difficult to configure.
3. It's difficult to back up email files.

There are better programs out there, including; Thunderbird, Pegasus, PocoMail and others. Cory-apn's favorite is Eudora. Been using it through multiple versions for 10 years. The last couple of versions (6.0 and 7.0) have top notch security implementations, a spam guard mechanism that actually works and a user friendly interface that is fun and easy to master. Email files are easy to back up because they exists simply as Windows folders and can be copied manually or automatically with a simple program like SyncBack. One of Eudora's best features is the capability to install it multiple times on the same system thereby making it possible for different users to each have their own email account on a single computer. It is easy to customize and configure. The downloadable product comes in three modes; free, sponsored and paid.
